Club members have completed 3 DIY courses (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced) on our Kellings Lakes map, near Dundee, WI. As always, DIY course maps are free to members. See our DIY Courses page for details.
We're excited to debut our new Greenbush map! A professional field-checker has been on the scene, along with several mappers behind the scenes, to create a current, georeferenced map of this most excellent terrain! Join us on November 13, 2021 for our first event on this new map!
Our Club was recently awarded a $1,000 grant to purchase equipment that will enable more programming for youth and beginners. A huge thanks to club member Derek M. for spearheading the grant application process! See the press release here.
In preparation for our first spring event, we have been using cutting-edge technology to update the Kellings Lakes map. This map was first created by 3 mappers from the Czech Republic, 30 years ago. How time flies!!
With the help of our talented members, experts from other clubs, and Sheboygan County, we are creating a brand new, geo-referenced map of the Greenbush area in the Northern Kettle Moraine! This will replace the 14-year-old map of our favorite woods. If you're interested in contributing your time or money to this or other mapping projects, please contact email@example.com
Thanks to the generous efforts (and amazing skills) of our club members, we now have a new, updated and geo-referenced map of Lapham Peak!
